How do I choose a coating for my project?
Share the substrate, exposure environment, surface preparation, application method and required finish. Mention any performance standard you need to meet. Product selection should be checked against the relevant technical data.
Can I use the same coating on different surfaces?
Suitability depends on the substrate, preparation, primer and service conditions. Please confirm the complete coating system with our team before applying a product to a different surface.
Do you offer heat-resistant coatings?
Heat-resistant coatings are included in our product range. Tell us the operating temperature, whether exposure is continuous or intermittent, and the substrate. The suitable temperature range must be confirmed for the specific product.

Please ask our team about sample availability for your selected product. Sample quantity, charges and shipping arrangements need to be agreed before dispatch.
What are the lead time and delivery options?

Technical information
Can I request a technical data sheet or safety data sheet?
Ask our team for the TDS and SDS corresponding to the exact product and grade you are considering. Check that the documents match your product before using them for application planning or handling.
Where can I find mixing and application instructions?
Use the instructions in the relevant product TDS, including any mixing ratio, pot life, film thickness, drying or curing conditions and surface preparation requirements. Do not transfer instructions from one product to another.
Can you help with a specific colour or finish?
Tell us the colour reference, gloss level, surface effect and application requirements. Our team can discuss available options and whether your requested finish can be supplied.
How should coatings be stored and handled?
Follow the product label and relevant SDS for storage, ventilation, protective equipment and handling requirements. Storage conditions and shelf life must be checked for the specific product.
